At lisas-boutique.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and protective materials.

  • The product must be free of damage not caused by shipping.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable.

  • For hygiene reasons, bedding, cushions, or upholstered items cannot be returned once unsealed unless defective.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

⚠️ Important: Do not return items to the sender’s address. Please contact us first for the proper return instructions. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed or refunded.


How to Start a Return

Email us at Contact@lisas-boutique.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to reflect on your statement.

  • Shipping fees and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at Contact@lisas-boutique.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your message. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return the item in accordance with the policy above.


International Orders & Compliance

  • All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia, unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers are responsible for any international return shipping fees, customs, or duties.

European Union Customers: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
